Started in manufacturing. Grew into something bigger.
MCM Staffing began by providing skilled and unskilled labor to manufacturers across Metro Detroit. Word of mouth carried us into hospitality, then into hospital environmental services, then into skilled trades and administrative placement.
Today we're one of Metro Detroit's most well-known staffing companies — and we've extended our footprint to Lansing, Grand Rapids, Louisville (KY), Jeffersonville (IN), and Memphis (TN). The business has grown, but the philosophy hasn't changed: be reliably responsive to customers, candidates, and associates alike.
