MCM Staffing is looking for production associates for a Swing Shift. 
$15/hr – Apply Today, Start Tomorrow!

Mon- Tues – 7PM-7AM
Wed-Thurs – Off
Fri-Sat – 7AM-7PM
Alternating Sundays
Lift parts up to 35lbs 
General Labor duties 
May be put in different places through out the shift 

Duties/Responsibilities 

1. Loading Product

1. Review work order tag
2. Ensure product is identified as it is being loaded on line.
3. Unload product from customer containers and place on coating racks. 
4. Inspect incoming quality of parts
5. Mask all areas (if required) – CV Joints, Yokes, Vent holes
6. Required to perform heavy lifting
7. Required to be on your feet for long periods of time

1. Masking product (if required)
   1. After parts are phosphate ensure all parts are masked properly
      1. CV Joints – apply clam shells over watertight masking
      2. Flange – apply flange mask.  Use pull plugs in all four holes
      3. Yoke – Ensure yoke mask is secure
      4. Boot – Apply boot mask.  If not available use foil on P3 and shrink wrap on P1
      5. Propshafts – apply spline masking and bearing cup masking
   2. May be required to perform heavy lifting
   3. Required to be on your feet for long periods of time
2. Unloading Product
   1. Visually inspect finished product.  Touch up if required
   2. Unload finished / quality parts into customer containers
   3. Required to perform heavy lifting
   4. Required to be on your feet for long periods of time
3. Organization/Cleanliness/Quality/Safety
   1. Maintain a clean work environment
   2. Ensure quality product by visually inspecting all parts coming off the line
   3. Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
