Rochester, MI Company is looking for a Sales Supervisor. This position will focus on supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Team. They will report and review KPI’s weekly to identify coaching and training opportunities with the team and reports to the CEO
•Supervise the daily activities and processes of the Sales Team.
•Evaluate current sales processes, procedures, and team structure; Suggest changes that will achieve better results.
•Assist with ICS (Internal Control System) of Sales Processes.
•Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue that also focuses on creating a great customer experience.
•Track weekly KPI’s and CRM activities to assure team is performing at a high level.
•Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback to Leadership Team.
•Lead training of Sales Team new hires.
•Assist the team with offering customer solutions and handling customer issues quickly.
•When assistance is needed, coach the team to better serve the customer by Understanding needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.
•3-5 Years of experience in sales supervisor role
•Bachelor’s degree in business
•Demonstrated knowledge manufacturing
•ERP System and CRM System Experience
Wage is based on experience and ranging from $80K-$100K
