Provides receptionist and office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and monitoring administrative projects.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Greets scheduled and unscheduled visitors and directs them appropriately
  • Answers phones and routes calls to respective parties
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations
  • Coordinates executive team calendars and makes appointments
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facility for visitors and or customers
  • Conducts research, compiles, and types statistical reports
