Provides receptionist and office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and monitoring administrative projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets scheduled and unscheduled visitors and directs them appropriately
- Answers phones and routes calls to respective parties
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations
- Coordinates executive team calendars and makes appointments
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facility for visitors and or customers
- Conducts research, compiles, and types statistical reports
