Inside Sales Representative
Job description
Supports existing customer accounts by processing RFQ’s and following up on potential new business, tracking parts through the supply chain to ensure on time delivery and working cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Service existing customer accounts.
Respond to product or service questions.
Process RFQ’s for customer.
Understand EDI’s and process as required.
Demonstrate organization and attention to detail.
Candidate must have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
Create sales orders daily and process documents for warehouse to prepare shipments as needed.
Track parts through the supply chain as needed.
Contributes to company’s success, by performing any other reasonable functions and or duties assigned or determined by Management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors/Associates Degree and 1-2 years of related account management or sales experience in automotive and/or Supply Chain.
Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
