Facility Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Job Description:
Our company is currently seeking skilled and experienced supervisor that can coordinate and manage daily activities including but not limited to:
- Resource loading
- Monitoring build progress and quality
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Lead the support teams for BIW (body-in-white) production system
- Generate action items and follow up with team members
- Coordinate interdependent tasks and deliverables with Quality, manufacturing and CMM
- Coordinate resources to workforce viz, tools, equipment issues, PPE, work instructions, and any other things that need to keep production targets moving forward
- Be forward looking and plan for resources – such as material, labor, equipment and process
- Produce a daily status update for the hand off to morning shift and manufacturing manager
- Act as liaison between crew and office management for all activities and paperwork
Job Qualifications
- 10 years+ experience with Body-in-White builds
- Spot welding, MIG welding, Aluminum welding
- Tear down and sample preparation
- Ability to use MS office
- Ability to use CAD view (will be trained)
