Customer Service Rep
CSR’s take inbound calls, helping customers with navigation throughout
website and answer any questions they may have about the products. They also provide
upselling of products. There is also a click to chat program they may be involved with. They
provide 2 weeks of paid training where they are in a classroom style setting. They learn the
computer. Once hired in, there are other departments they would be able to move in to.
Attendance is key; they are very strict with this. They will be watching for attendance and call
