Accounting Manager / Office Manager ($25-30/hr) Full time M-F, may require OT as needed

Reports to the President.

  • Detail oriented and organized person a must to perform the following functions:
    • Primarily responsible for General Ledger, AR and AP activities.
      • Create daily sales and COGS journal entries
      • Daily reconciliations for the GL from multiple income streams and expenses.
      • Customer invoicing and statements
      • Sales tax reporting
      • Month end reporting
      • Booking of invoices and creating a weekly check run
    • Secondary responsibilities include:
      • Payroll
      • HR support
      • General office Management activities

 

Job Requirements/desires:

  • Looking for 7+ years of accounting experience.
  • Must have a high level of knowledge and proficiency with Quckbooks and POS/Inventory management ERP platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate would also have experience in forecasting and budgeting
  • Highly motived individual who wants to take an existing business practices to the next level.
