Our growing team is looking for an accountant with experience in trust/estate taxation and fiduciary accounting. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of general accounting principles, proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong understanding of federal, state and local tax regulations. Candidates should also be familiar with computation of fiduciary accounting income and its various intricacies.
Responsibilities include preparation of fiduciary accounting and preparation of tax returns based upon those accountings. The candidate who fills this role will also be expected to help keep the department current on standards related to fiduciary accounting, serve as a technical resource, and support and train team members in the Firm by providing guidance and feedback.
