3rd Shift Assembler
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to cut small component parts for the automotive industry by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned.
Assembles automotive components by utilizing waving tools, glue guns, staple guns, rivet machine, roll coaters, bladder wrap, spray booth, and/or other hand tools, pulling material over plastic substrate, snapping retainers in place and following guidelines found in CNI’s blue books.
Works as member of assembly group assembling one or two specific parts and passing unit to another worker in the area.
Works at different workstations as production needs required or shifts from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor.
Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
Meets and/or exceeds quality standards and productivity requirements.
Follows company and safety rules.
